A press conference was held last December 11, 2009 at 2pm in Oxford Hotel, Clark Freeport Zone, Philippines to expose the conspiracy and economic sabotage crimes made by Georges Zanellato, Philip Van Cleven, and Vadim Berman. Their acts have damaged the companies and their shareholders (MIIA Holding Ltd., Hong Kong, and D'MIIA Technologies Phils Inc.).
The press conference is initiated by Jo Lernout. This was necessary as a defense against the public slandering by former executives and board members, and this slander was going on against Jo Lernout and his spouse Annielyn S. Lernout, and against Greg Dickinson, and against some MIIA Holding executives and shareholders, and against the two mentioned companies.
Complaints are filed. For criminal and civil facts.
From here on, all will be handled in the appropriate courts.
MIIA Holding and D'MIIA resume business now as usual, and may achieve the ROI (Return on Investment) expected by the shareholders.

that is very interesting, as of today January 20th 2010, Jo Lernout and Annie Sison have still not paid their employees, how ever Dmiia seems to be back to business as mentioned in the blog. How is it possible that a company who does not even have a permit to operate can still run the business? how could they hire foreigners without visa? how could they spend 3,5 millions pesos for their wedding if they do not have money?
ReplyDeleteIt is time that somebody takes actions and i mean real action such as a complaint to the immigration, to DOLE to show those people how to treat people correctly, TULFO the TV show will be also a very interesting moment and honestly i can not wait...We will see you facing your responsabilities very soon Mister and misses Lernout. ReplyDeleteomg! They also owed us like 60thousand pesos.. They rented our place and left without paying 3months of their rent,,and the electric bill amounted of P43,000.
ReplyDeleteI also brought this matter in the Barangay and Annielyn Sison-(Caytiles)-Lernout gave us promisory notes,but nothing happened. They just disappeared!I think they are really a scammer!
I still have all the documents,proofs that they didnot pay..I also pm her in her facebook account,,she didnot replied. And I also approach her daughter,,she didnot replied to.. And i posted Annielyn name in may facebook account that im lloking for this scammer,Annielyn relatives bad-mouthed me!And saying Annielyn would not do such things! And im we are crazy and just envied Annielyn Lernout...WTF! shameless people! They really need to learn somethiN! May God gave them a very very long life,,may she live for 200years!!!
